The Women’s Cancer Foundation promotes and supports education and awareness, and medical research into the causes, prevention, diagnosis and treatment of gynaecological cancers with the aim to improve women’s health and quality of life.
In particular, our clinical and research efforts target improved treatment for women with OVARIAN, ENDOMETRIAL and CERVICAL cancers.
The Foundation supports clinical trials and research programs of leading scientists in Australia including those based at the Mercy Hospital for Women (Heidelberg), Monash University and the Queensland Institute of Medical Research.
The Foundation is partnered and supported by GE.
Sharing the Women’s Cancer Foundation’s vision to improve women’s health and quality of life are philanthropic and supporter groups (including the Rotary Club of North Balwyn and BOOTS and All Inc).
